“The board has not identified a common thread, but the chairwoman, Deborah A. P. Hersman, said last week that one obvious fact is that the average age of pipelines is rising rapidly.”

Let’s not jump to concliusions but … Here’s a conclusion.

To me it seems like a time to apply some advanced root cause analysis and then a dose of advanced trending techniques!
