Passport/Visa Info for Traveling to the Summit

If you live outside of the U.S. and plan to attend the TapRooT® Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 25-27, 2008, (and the pre-Summit on June 23-24, 2008), here is some important information about passport and visa requirements to enter the United States.

Currently, there are 27 countries that do not require a visa if the traveler has a machine readable passport and meets the other requirements (part of the Visa Waiver Program).  Are you a citizen of Canada, Mexico or Bermuda?  See:

 http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/temp/without/without_1990.html#othersvwp.

If you are traveling from a country other than the 27 countries that participate in the Visa Waiver Program, you need to apply for a visa from the U.S. Consulate in your country.

You may need a letter of invitation from System Improvements.  One can be attained by contacting us.

For complete information on traveling to the United States, including passport and visa requirements, visit the U.S. Department of State website.
