Techniques include: SnapCharT®, Root Cause Tree®, and Corrective Action Helper®.
Upon course completion, attendees will receive a certificate and a 90-day subscription to TapRooT® VI, the online software service. Most importantly, you will have the advantage of professional training in your expertise and on your resume!

We’ll meet at the Hilton Garden Inn Midtown Phoenix for the 2-Day Root Cause Analysis Training course. You’ll want to explore Phoenix so below we’ve included highlights of your host city. Discover more to explore on TapRooT®’s Phoenix Pinterest board.
Experience Phoenix
Phoenix, a.k.a. The Valley of the Sun, is known for its sunny, warm climate. A great reason to enroll in the TapRooT® January course!
Take a hike on Camelback Mountain’s Cholla Trail to blend a workout with fantastic scenery. Ascending Cholla, you’ll gain about 1,250 feet over 1.42 miles and catch incredible view of Scottsdale and Phoenix. Wear hiking footwear, take plenty of water, and watch for loose gravel and the occasional rattler. Echo Canyon is the more intense, steep hike on Camelback.
Papago Park is where you’ll find iconic red rock buttes looped by hiking trails and a panoramic view from the hiker-friendly (0.1 mi.) Hole-in-the-Rock. The Hole-in-the-Rock bears witness that the prehistoric Hohokam Indians settled this area thousands of years ago. Papago Park is an urban oasis for hiking, biking, picnicking, archery, and golfing.
Inside of 125-acre Papago Park, you’ll find the Phoenix Zoo, the largest privately owned, nonprofit zoo in the U.S., world-renowned for its contributions to conservation science.
Cool fact: The Phoenix Zoo was founded in 1961 by a member of the Maytag appliances family, Robert Maytag. Maytag contracted pneumonia in 1962 and passed away suddenly, leaving the Phoenix community a heartwarming reason to band together and create a memorial to its founder. You can learn more here about how this world-class zoo is truly a community effort.
Wander over to Scottsdale and do some downtown southwestern-influenced shopping and browse local art galleries. Pick up a new hat or go for a carriage ride.
