Pictures from the Chicago Public 2-Day TapRooT® Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis Course

Linda Unger and Mark Olson taught another excellent root cause analysis course in Chicago. Students from the DOE, Southwest Airlines, Par Electrical Contractors, Cogentrix, Occidental Petroleum, Help at Home, Formosa Plastics, Mistras Group, Fermilab, Chevron, Nalco, and Siemens learned to use TapRooT® both reactively and proactively to improve performance.

Here are some pictures of the students participating in the class…

If you would like to find out what TapRooT® is all about or if you have less than 10 people to train, a public TapRooT® Course is probably the best way to put the best root cause analysis tools in the world to work in your improvement program.
