Session Description
Many companies have been working hard to improve their programs. They measure this improvement in many ways (lower TRIR, better equipment up-time, fewer first aid cases, fewer customer complaints). However, these companies often find themselves getting to a certain number, and then are unable to improve any further. They hit that “wall” or ‘plateau.” How do we break through this barrier and restart our progress to better metrics?
