Resuming TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Courses in June
COVID-19 Crisis … When Will It End?
The social-distancing government policy has been extended until the end of April. No one seems to know when the Coronavirus crisis will end.
At System Improvements, we are all well and mainly working from home. We do have one or two people in the office sorting the mail and shipping orders for books and course materials. As you can imagine, we miss our clients and hope they are all doing well health-wise.
Unfortunately, with most of the economy shut down or in quarantine, I can’t say that our clients’ businesses are doing well. Let’s all pray for a swift return to productivity once the virus has passed.
Even with the horrible economic news, businesses need to make plans to resume operations so that we are ready to go and the economy can recover. So, at System Improvements, we have set a date to resume TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Courses: June 1!
We hope that by then the virus has been defeated or the USA has shifted from a horizontal quarantine to a vertical quarantine.
But, no matter what makes us able to resume training, here is what we are planning…
Public June TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Courses
To limit the potential spread of any viruses in our courses starting in June, we will:
- Limit attendance to 20 people.
- Use a local instructor who, if possible, can drive to the course.
- Ask anyone attending to drop out of the course if they have any type of sickness.
- Cancel the course if there is any local or national shelter-in-place order for that location.
Because of the limited seats (20 per course) and the pent-up demand, we hope these courses will fill up quickly. If you are rescheduling from a canceled March, April, or May course, you have first rights to a seat in a June course if you contact us before the end of April. After that, it is first-come, first-served.

On-Site TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Training
We plan to use the same teaching approach for our on-site courses. As soon as our clients feel comfortable having training at their site, we will arrange a local instructor to teach the course. We do have a few courses scheduled in late April, but we imagine that these will be delayed until May or June.
