Root Cause Analysis Training in Horseshoe Bay, Texas – Join Our Annual Summit Charity Golf Tournament!

Check out this short video of the fun we had last year at the Charity Golf Tournament:

The 2014 TapRooT® Summit Charity Golf Tournament will be held at the Horseshoe Bay Golf Club on Friday, April 11th at 12:00 pm. No experience necessary! The tourney is fun for golf enthusiasts and those new to golf.

It’s all for a great cause. Money raised will be donated to the Oasis of Love Women’s Shelter in Clinton, Tennessee. This not-for-profit 501(c)(3) qualified shelter houses around a dozen women and their children who are seeking a safe transition from an abusive situation so they can build a new life.

Pricing: $120 per person / $50 Golf Rental

Rules: Each team member can buy 4 charity items for their own use in the tournament. Items costs $25 each. All items will be available for purchase via check (payable to “Oasis of Love”) or cash at the golf course prior to the tournament. They are:

  • Mulligan: Re-do on any tee-off except the longest drive and closest to the pin competitions.
  • Yellow Tee Off: Instead of using the regular tee (gold for men, orange for ladies), golfers can use the yellow tee for one hole. Not to be used for the longest drive and closest to the pin competitions.
  • Toss: You can advance your ball from where it stops by tossing it as far as you can to “continue” the shot. Not to be used for the longest drive and closest to the pin competitions.
  • Save-a-Stroke: You can take one stroke off your team’s score.

All these items must be used by the individual player who purchased them. They cannot be traded or given to other team members.

Donations: Additional donations may be made via cash or check (payable to “Oasis of Love”). All donations will be matched by System Improvements.
