Should Black Box Cockpit Tapes Be Released?

In the US, the NTSB is limited to releasing only the transcripts of the tapes. However, the laws in other countries aren’t as clear.

The controversy comes from the release of the cockpit tapes of the collision of a corporate jet and an airliner flying over Brazil. Criminal trails are ongoing in that crash.
