Steel Plate being Lifted by a Crane Falls on/Kills Worker
Another accident that didn’t have to happen. This time it was in Texas at a warehouse run by Delta Steel LP. Not much additional information in this report:
One thing that’s for certain, we should be able to keep loads from falling on workers.
