Q: How do I renew my TapRooT® VI subscription? 
A: You can renew your subscription here 

Q: How do I reset my TapRooT® VI password? 
A: Select the Forgot Username or Password? link on the login page, enter your email address, and the system will send an email to change your password.

Q: What is the TapRooT® Software? 
A: The TapRooT® Software helps facilitate using the TapRooT® process to analyze and resolve the root causes of incidents. To learn more about the TapRooT® process click here

Q: How do I order?
A: You can purchase the TapRooT® VI software by visiting our store. Once the order is received, we verify the request and provide your login information within 1-2 business days.

Q: How do I get the latest version? 
A: The latest version of the TapRooT® software is always applied to the taproot6.com site. If you are using your company’s TapRooT® VI site, you need to contact your local IT department to find out what version of the software is currently installed.

Q: I’m attending a course do I need software? 
A: No. The TapRooT® course teaches you to apply the TapRooT® process to your investigations. Course attendees connect to a mobile training environment during the course. We suggest you bring a laptop to get hands-on experience using the software at the course, but it is not required.

Q: What is the difference between a TapRooT® VI software subscription and an Enterprise license?
A: The TapRooT® VI software subscription is a cloud application that can be accessed by any machine with internet access. The subscription is linked to a user’s unique email address and is only accessible by that user. TapRooT® VI subscriptions can be purchased by clicking here

The TapRooT® VI Enterprise license is a centralized application that is hosted internally by your company, allowing multiple users to access a single website to conduct investigations, incidents, or audits. System Improvements Inc. also offers a cloud-hosted Enterprise solution hosted on a secure managed server.

Q: Can I transfer my subscription?
A: The SUBSCRIPTION may not be transferred to another user at any time during the Subscription.  The Subscription may be accessed and used ONLY by the person who owns the email address registered with System Improvements. Use of the Subscriber’s login information by any other user is unauthorized and may result in the termination of the subscription.

Q: Can I use TapRooT® without training?
A: To get the most out of the TapRooT® VI software, System Improvements Inc. requires TapRooT® VI users to have completed TapRooT® training in the past or have an upcoming training course scheduled.

Q: Why can’t I log in?
A: The process to resolve the issue varies based on the site you are trying to access.

If you have forgotten your password to our online store you can change the password here. Type in the email address used to access the store and you will receive a link to reset the password.

If you have forgotten your password to the SINGLE-USER subscription on taproot6.com you can select the Forgot Username or Password? link on the login screen of the application or click here.

If you have forgotten your password to your company’s Internally hosted website, you will need to reach out to the business user of the TapRooT® application. Q: Do you offer to host the TapRooT® VI Enterprise software?
A: Yes, we do offer to host the Enterprise version of TapRooT® VI. We have 2 hosting options, On-premise, which is hosted on your company’s network and cloud-hosted, which is housed on one of our secure servers. For more information please contact our sales department at sales@taproot.com.

Q: Can I share my investigations?
A: This feature is only available in our TapRooT® VI Enterprise software.

Q: How do I integrate TapRooT® VI with the Enablon EHS software?
A: You must be using Enablon 8.4.0 or higher and TapRooT® VI 6.3.0 or higher.
