Summary:
Users running Windows 7 Enterprise receive the following error when attempting to view a report inside the TapRooT® application:
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, you will need to download and install the Crystal Reports Installer file here
Once you have installed Crystal Reports, close and re-open the TapRooT® software to verify the issue is resolved.  If you have any additional questions please contact us via email or by calling us at 865-357-0080.
