TapRooT® Around the World: Houston, Texas

Today, we’re looking in on some very focused students from a recent 5-Day Root Cause Analysis Training course in Houston, Texas, taught by TapRooT® Instructors Ken Turnbull and Marcus Miller. TapRooT® training courses equip individuals to investigate precursor incidents and major incidents (serious injuries, fatalities, major facility upsets, fires and explosions, or significant environmental releases).

Additionally, the 5-Day course encompasses advanced interviewing, information collection techniques, and techniques to improve human performance. Frequent exercises using the TapRooT® Software ensure that course participants leave with significant practice of the skills they will apply when they get back to work.

Many thanks to Marcus for these images of teamwork and the learning process. We’d like to give a huge shout-out to Jon Fontenot from Parker Drilling for providing the class with much-appreciated snacks and incredibly delicious, festive cookies!

Put yourself in the picture by becoming trained in troubleshooting and identifying root causes of issues and incidents. Register today for a TapRooT® course and gain advantage, experience, and expertise from our professional instructors. Check these listings for upcoming 2-Day and 5-Day courses:
