TapRooT® Instructor Piedad Colmenares sent us some “course captures” of the recent 2-Day TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Training class she taught in Neuquén, in chilly Argentine Patagonia, onsite at Ensign Energy.
Piedad says, “Despite the intense cold of winter, it was a very special course. We shared experiences, and it was also very pleasant to experience the excitement of the World Cup. It was very exciting to receive the gift they gave me: a shirt of the Argentine soccer team, autographed by all the students.” Piedad gives a shout-out of thanks to all the participants of the Ensign Energy onsite course.
