We’ve just finished teaching a great onsite course with Delta Airlines! The recent in-house 2-Day TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Training course was taught by TapRooT® Instructor Heidi Reed. Through TapRooT® Training, these students learned to find and fix the root causes of incidents, accidents, quality problems, precursor events, operational errors, hospital sentinel events, and many other types of problems.
