Three New UK Rail Accident Investigation Branch Root Cause Analyses

The UK RAIB is has started three new investigations into rail accidents in the UK. They are:

Investigation into the derailment of an empty passenger train near Edinburgh Waverley

and

Investigation into an incident at Warren Street station, Victoria Line, London Underground, 11 July 2011

and

Investigation into the collision of a detached panel on freight container with a track maintenance machine near Althorpe Park, Northamptonshire, 18 July 2011
