What Would You Do If Another Company’s Accident Negatively Affected Your Company’s Reputation?

A train owned by Alvia wrecked last week (see post here) in Spain. The press called it a “bullet train.”

But it wasn’t associated with a bullet train run by Spain’s AVE and wasn’t on AVE’s infrastructure.

So, if you were AVE, how would you let people know that this WAS NOT your accident?
