An Immersion Experience: Why You Should Attend Our New TapRooT® Refresher Track

At the 2023 Global TapRooT® Summit, we will introduce a new track:  TapRooT® Refresher – An Immersion Experience. Anyone looking to understand the latest TapRooT® techniques and technology better or who wants to refresh their TapRooT® skills should attend this fun interactive track.

In addition to attending proven sessions that appear at every Summit What’s New In the TapRooT® Software and Road Map to Success), the track will feature seven new sessions designed to “refresh” your TapRooT® skills.

This “refresh” will happen in an immersion atmosphere that follows a dramatic safety incident from start to finish. As an investigator, you will:  witness an incident, gather evidence, record your initial findings, perform an investigation, analyze your findings, identify causal factors and root causes, create impactful solutions, and report the results.

All of this is done using the provided TapRooT® technology (TapRooT® App and TapRooT® VI software) and techniques (SnapCharT®, Causal Factor Worksheet, Root Cause Tree® and Dictionary, and the Corrective Action Helper®) to experience the total immersion of this theatrical event, plan to attend all the sessions and see how it plays out. We’ll ensure you are not left behind if you are interested in only one or a few topics.

Can’t Miss Immersion Track Sessions

Witnessing an Incident & Gathering Evidence with the TapRooT® App

During this session, you will see a live-action safety incident and respond to the incident by using the TapRooT® App. Your group will collect evidence as first responders to the scenario. The point is to immerse yourself into the experience to get the full effect.

What’s New in the TapRooT® Software

Our TapRooT® experts Angie and Dan will be hosting this session. Here you will learn about all the significant updates to our software. This is the perfect time to learn all the tips and tricks to make you a better TapRooT® user. This session will ensure you use all the TapRooT® Software features to your advantage. Make sure you bring your software questions to be answered by our experts.

Building a Custom Report

In this session, you will learn how to apply your finding to an investigation report. First, our experienced TapRooT® investigators will demonstrate the principles behind building an excellent investigation report before your group can try it.

Is building a sample investigation report that you can replicate in your organization your objective? Then this is a can’t-miss session for you!
