Why You Should Attend the Certified Instructor Recertification Track

Attend the Certified Instructor Recertification Track for valuable information and updated material to keep your certification current. Keeping your Certification current allows you to continue teaching the 2-Day TapRooT® root cause analysis training in-house to your employees covered under the License Agreement. This not only keeps you up to date but also helps your employees stay trained and well-versed when it comes to the TapRooT® methodology.

But wait, why keep Certified if I’m no longer at my job? If you were previously Certified but are no longer at the company where you worked when you got Certified, I strongly encourage you to keep attending the Global TapRooT® Summit to stay Certified so that you are current and ready to start teaching when you get a new job (pending that company has a TapRooT® license). Your TapRooT® Certification should be noted on your resume, as potential employers will love this.

Can’t Miss Recertification Track Sessions

The Instructor Recertification Track at the Global TapRooT® Summit has so many great sessions that you won’t want to miss. My two favorite tracks are listed below:

TapRooT® Instructors Share Teaching Best Practices

If you want to hear how other instructors teach, what they do, what they don’t do, etc., you won’t want to miss out. There will be lots of teaching tips in this session.

What’s New in the TapRooT® Software

If you are using the TapRooT® Software, do not miss out on attending this session. I attend this every year, and it is one of my favorites. See what’s new in the Software and hear about any enhancements coming down the pipeline.

Of course, with all the fantastic learning opportunities, there will be top-notch Keynote Speakers, lots of takeaways, networking, etc. It is a week full of fun that you won’t want to miss.
