TapRooT® Course/Summit Complimentary Shuttle Information
Shuttle is for DESIGNATED TIMES ONLY!!! If this schedule does not meet your needs, you will be responsible for taking care of your own arrangements and any costs that apply.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED to have a seat on the complimentary shuttle.
To make your reservation, you must contact Rocky Top Tours with your travel information.

You will receive a CONFIRMATION after you make your reservation. Your confirmation is what acknowledges your seat on the designated shuttle. If you do not receive a confirmation, you will need to contact Rocky Top Tours directly.
Shuttle will drop off to hotels in downtown Gatlinburg.
TRAVEL CHANGES/DELAYS: If your travel arrangements change, you must contact Rocky Top Tours to adjust your shuttle reservation. There is no guarantee that there is space on another shuttle if you do not have a reservation.

TO GATLINBURG
Drops off to hotels in downtown Gatlinburg
Sunday, March 17
Shuttles will depart at 2pm, 5pm, and 8pm
(wait in baggage claim area for driver)
Tuesday, March 19
Shuttles will depart at 2pm, 5pm, and 8pm

TO KNOXVILLE AIRPORT
If only attending a Pre-Summit Course and not staying for the Summit, you will need to make your own arrangements for transportation to the Knoxville Airport.
Friday, March 22 — Picks up from Convention Center ONLY – Historic Nature Trail entrance
Shuttle leaves Convention Center at 12:00pm. Can expect to arrive at airport by 1:30pm.
Saturday, March 23
Must be in lobby/check-in area no later than listed time for each corresponding hotel. Can expect to arrive at airport by 11:30am.
Glenstone Lodge – 9:30am
Hampton Inn – 9:35am
Clarion Inn – 9:40am
Hilton Garden Inn – 9:45am
Fairfield Inn – 9:50am

MUST CONFIRM DEPARTING TIME – Table will be set up in Convention Center lobby Thurs 5-6pm. EVEN if you have a reservation, you need to confirm departure.
