BBC Reports Underground “Guilty” After Accident
The BBC reported that the London Underground would plead guilty to breaching the Health and Safety laws of the UK. This plea comes after a November 2009 accident that left three women injured.
The plea comes after prosecution by the Office of Rail Regulation and could result in a fine of up to $20,000.
