Certified TapRooT® Instructors Need This Webinar

Certified instructors who attended the 2020 Global TapRooT® Summit received training on The New Causal Factor Worksheets. These new worksheets are a standard part of our new 2-Day TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Course (that attendees also received).

If you didn’t attend the Summit, you need to contact Michelle Wishoun about the new materials and you need to attend The New Causal Factor Worksheet Webinar coming up at 2 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time on April 29 (90 minutes).

What’s in the Webinar?

There are four new worksheets to help be more thorough in identifying Causal Factors while also saving time. This webinar is guided by a LIVE instructor using GoToMeeting.

The four worksheets are for different kinds of investigations:

  • Safety
  • Quality
  • Equipment Failure
  • Patient Safety

This webinar will show you how to use these worksheets to more completely and effectively define Causal Factors in less time.

This webinar will cover:

  • The contents of the four worksheets
  • How to use a worksheet to identify Causal Factors
  • Walkthrough an example using a worksheet
  • Walkthrough an example using the worksheet build into the TapRooT® ® Software
  • Provide an example for you to evaluate using a worksheet
  • Compare your results to an answer key

At the end of this webinar, participants will have learned:

  • How to use a Causal Factor Worksheet
  • How the worksheet helps them develop a more complete list of Causal Factors (less Causal Factors overlooked)

The worksheets make it easier for new TapRooT® Users to find root causes and perform a better investigation. But the Causal Factor Worksheets also help experienced users make sure they have identified all the Causal Factors and thereby have a more complete root cause analysis.

TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Training is required before attending this webinar.
