TapRooT® eLearning Pathways
On-Line Subscription Training
What is TapRooT® eLearning Pathways? An on-line, interactive way to learn additional topics beyond those in our TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Training.
It is being developed by Barb Carr and Emily Pritt.

Three Subscription Levels
There are three levels of training:
- Freemium (to test the concept)
- TapRooT® Users & Friends (for TapRooT® Users)
- Certified TapRooT® Instructors (to keep instructors up to date)
HERE is a look at the topics at the FREEMIUM level. Note that these are introductory to give you an ideas of how TapRooT® eLearning Pathways works. And the subscription is free.
The next subscription level is materials for TapRooT® Users & Friends (also called the Adventurers Plan). HERE is a link to the topics covered on that level. These topics go beyond the introductions at the Freemium level with extensive content. The subscription cost at this level is $395 per year.
Finally, we have developed a level of subscription for Certified TapRooT® Instructors. It includes all the topics in the previous levels PLUS materials developed specifically for Certified TapRooT® Instructors. These are materials designed to help you be a better instructor. The Certified TapRooT® Instructor level includes the materials presented at the annual TapRooT® Summit for Certified Instructors. (A great way to review what you learned at the Summit if you were there that year or to watch if you didn’t attend that year.) The Certified TapRooT® Instructor subscription is only $595 per year. (Certified TapRooT® Instructors will need a special password to register for this level. Call us at 865-539-2139 to get your password.)
Hosting Platform and Content Development
The material is hosted on a site call “FreeFuse.” It was built to enable very interactive micro-learning that can be accessed at the users pace. It is sort of like having your own personal Youtube channel that has a memory and is focussed on topics you want to learn. All the cost of the technology and the training material development is included in the subscription price.
We have spent about a year developing the current content but we also plan to continuously add additional content each month so that you always have new topics to engage with. Emily and Barb are working with all the TapRooT® Instructors at SI to bring you topics they think you will enjoy. And you can use the Community Forum to suggest topics for future development.
