Not a Typical Networking Social …

networking

An honor.

My first time attending the Global TapRooT® Summit wasn’t just kid-in-a-candy-shop; every jump-start networking conversation brought me into contact with some of the greatest people I’ve ever met. This conference was Tim Ferriss’ “Tribe of Mentors”; everyone I talked with was a like-minded problem solver, who would rather learn about the problem themselves than blindly trust an “expert”. These are the people who wrote all the books on RCA.

Inky Johnson started off the week with a huge attitude adjustment: “I would never have gotten where I am if people I respected and admired hadn’t believed in me.” Everyone I talked with expressed affirmation far beyond any credit I would have even given myself. These incredible people strongly encouraged the potential they saw in me because they have spent their entire careers changing the world. From complete confidence that I could run a mile in 4:30 (far better than my best) to taking on and changing established medical group-think, the men and women at the Summit kept challenging what I have always thought of as my limits and pushed me to live with fervor.

This week was way more than a networking social. It was a source of psychological sustenance, empowerment, and encouragement, from the greatest group of people I’ve ever met.

Save the date for next year’s event, April 24 – 28, 2023, Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe – Houston
