Learn to Enhance Work Planning and Improve Future Performance

Melanie Thomas, Corporate HSE Director, Fluor Corporation, will be presenting, “TapRooT® For Positive Outcomes.”
When & Where?
This presentation is scheduled during Best Practice Session 8 at the 2023 Global TapRooT® Summit, Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe – Houston, Texas, April 26 – 28, 2023, (PreSummit Courses, April 24 – 25, 2023).
Session Description
TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis is often used to investigate negative outcomes, as a reactive methodology to prevent “recurrence”. The real power of the TapRooT® system comes when it is used proactively to investigate positive outcomes to prevent “occurrence,” or capture best practices when work is performed without error. Melanie Thomas will share how Fluor is using the TapRooT® System to document successful outcomes and show how the various TapRooT® processes can be used to enhance work planning and improve future performance.
