Anne Paradies Roberts is the Marketing & Communications Specialist at TapRooT® | System Improvements, Inc. She is also passionate about keeping up with what’s new, what’s working, and how System Improvements Inc. can best help TapRooT® clients and users. She is also a terrific problem-solver.

Talented in digital marketing, Anne specializes in SEO, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, advertising, trade shows, analytics, & content generation. She provides high-level support to our marketing director, Barb Carr, CEO Mark Paradies, & integrates her work with the TapRooT® sales staff. She assists in many aspects of the company, such as marketing, PR releases, branding, sales support, content writing, trade show coordination, digital design, & much more.

Anne says, “My job at TapRooT® allows me to do a variety of things with the help of tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google AdWords, InDesign, Photoshop, & much more. I enjoy learning new things & facing challenges that help the company grow in the digital marketing space. I am continually looking for ways to utilize my marketing skills to help TapRooT® expand & become a dominant player in the root cause analysis industry.”

For fun, Anne enjoys being creative & working with her hands. She and her husband own a small business and they love expressing creativity through woodworking. If we peeked in on Anne during her spare time, we would find her spending it with family on the lake & “imagineering” new designs to build in the wood shop. A native to Knoxville, Tennessee, Anne’s mantra “is work hard, have fun, and no drama.”

We cannot speak about Anne without giving credit to her for providing us with the “office dog, Daisy.” Just as her owner does, Daisy brings the sunshine and keeps us on our toes!
