We do!  Every year some of our experts fly in early to teach immersion courses on topics covered at the Summit, including investigation, quality, equipment troubleshooting, safety, software and interviewing.

These are 2-day courses offered on Monday and Tuesday (August 1 & 2) just prior to the 3-day Summit (August 3-5).
