That’s Dan Verlinde our CTO. Dan is in charge of everything software and IT at System Improvements. He is one of the Keynote Speakers at the 2021 Global TapRooT® Summit. His talk is, “Crisis Response Using the TapRooT® Software & App.”
Dan is also presenting at one of the Best Practice Track Sessions, “Building Custom Reports in the TapRooT® Software.”

That’s Linda Unger. Linda is Senior Vice President at System Improvements and is one of the co-creators of the TapRooT® System. She is a frequent speaker at the TapRooT® Summit and will be assisting in the “TapRooT® Users Share Best Practices Session” at the 2021 TapRooT® Summit.

That’s Andrew Napolitano and Mark Paradies.
Judge Napolitano was a Keynote Speaker at the 2007 Global TapRooT® Summit in San Antonio.
Mark Paradies is the President of System Improvements and is one of the co-developers of the TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis System. Mark is a frequent Keynote Speaker and also has written extensively about root cause analysis including the recently released 10 book set (CLICK HERE for more information about the 10 book set).
