Bringing a team to the conference allows representatives from an organization to divide up and cover the lessons shared in multiple sessions. By attending more sessions, team members are able to stretch the benefits their organization derives from the Summit. The Summit: A time for team-building
At the end of each Summit day, team members will spend time together, comparing notes and reviewing what will be implemented in the organization. Roadmap to success: Leave the Summit with a plan to accomplish goals
After team members have covered the Pre-Summit options and the Summit sessions, they will convene on Friday morning for the Roadmap to Success session. The Roadmap to Success session will equip the team to return to the organization with a work plan and the way to implement it.
