On Location – the 2014 Global TapRooT® Summit – First Impressions
Our Public Course Planner, Judy Potok, reports her first impressions from her site visit for the 2014 Global TapRooT® Summit:
“My first impression of the Texas Hill Country and the Horseshoe Bay Resort actually begin shortly after leaving Austin-Berstrom Airport (AUS). I was born in Texas, so I feel right at home with big, blue skies, tumbleweeds rolling across the road and avoiding cactus.
The resort lobby didn’t disappoint my Texas roots. Rustic, yet classy, the lobby greets you with Texas elegance. Large, comfy leather couches beckon you in front of a roaring fireplace. (The fireplace probably won’t be needed in April, but you never know about the weather in Texas!).

My room had a view of Lake LBJ. The rooms have balconies from which to enjoy the many spectacular views.
