This is our standard “essentials” course. It teaches investigators of low-to-moderate risk incidents how to efficiently apply TapRooT® to find and fix the real root causes of human error and equipment failures using the simplified 5-Step TapRooT® Investigation Process.

The course is mainly focused on analyzing safety and quality issues.

The greatest change to the course for 2020 is the addition of the new Causal Factor Worksheets to make identifying Causal Factors easier and more reliable.

What Will You Learn in the Equifactor Equipment Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis Course?
